Modular belts are a type of conveyor belt composed of individual, interlocking plastic modules, usually connected by suspension rods. This design offers a number of advantages, including increased durability, easy maintenance, and design flexibility. Thanks to their versatility and efficiency, modular carpets are widely used in a wide range of applications for food processing in the beverage and packaging industries and logistics.
Various belt styles to choose from:
flat top,
recessed grid,
raised rib,
perforated flat top,
friction surface,
insert roller.
Materials:
LFA - low-friction acetal resin. This material can be used in all standard applications and has a high working load of up to 21,500 N/m. Suitable for use in industries with sub-zero temperatures.
PP - Polypropylene. Used where better chemical resistance and temperatures up to 104 °C are required.
MX - High-performance material (PBT with additives) with a very low friction coefficient and increased wear resistance.
PFX - Plastic material specially developed for chains and belts, for environments with limited lubrication or in dry applications where extreme demands are placed on speed, performance, and efficiency.
